3. I have noticed a few negative reviews out here, and I guess the experience all depends on your idea of 'service and quality', but for the average person that doesn't pretend to jet-set around the world in private jets, this place was great.

5. The only negative, we had a bit of rain, nothing The Palms could do about that, but guess what, they DID.

8. Only negative was the cleaning staff - stayed there 3 days and the room was never cleaned before 4pm - would have been nice to come back from the beach to clean room w/ fresh towels.
