2. How is the wi-fi free if theres a fee for it?? I asked the supervisor nicole and instead of apologizing for all the inconvenienced i encountered she was very confrontive towards the matter and really had the poor attitude of i dont care.

3. We stayed in the Grand Bay Luxury Suite, which is the top of the line room, yet the bedposts had been primed yet not stained and the linen on the posts was dirty, the sofa cushions were in poor shape and the cushions on the outdoor furniture were dirty.

Combine that with the outrageous charges in the restaurant (very difficult for two to dine for less than $150), the 20 percent gratuity added to the bill (I thought the resort fee was supposed to cover that?), and the poor quality of the food, particularly at breakfast, and the Grove Isle deserves a zero on the value scale.

8. Pool area very tropical but the hottub was all chipped on the inside, the pool bathrooms had such poor updating, painting around the paper towel holders, cracks and chuncks missing from the ceilings and the tiled floors.
