1. I checked out the pool and it was dirty,no towels for guest and leaves and bugs in the pool and outside the pool.

2. We stayed in the Grand Bay Luxury Suite, which is the top of the line room, yet the bedposts had been primed yet not stained and the linen on the posts was dirty, the sofa cushions were in poor shape and the cushions on the outdoor furniture were dirty.

4. Everyday, they came very late, never gave us enough towels, left parts of the room dirty, left behind used glassware, never swept the patio and didn`t replenish condiments for the coffee.
