1. Another incident was that we sat down for breakfast in the only restaurant in the hotel and ordered waffles for the kids, after being the ONLY table sitting and being served, and waiting 30 MINUTES for the food, they come out and say, oh by the way, the waffle machine is broken.

2. Only after calls about broken door locks, water faucet broken, mold so thick in shower we had to borrow cleaning product off housekeeping cart to clean bathroom ourselves did we realize this hotel was rundown.

4. Service was prompt at the poolside bar and I had no complaints about the pool area except for the jacuzzi which was broken and wasn`t fixed by the time we left.
