I get they don't want to pay the extra staff down at the pool and they have these ridiculous towel cards, but why not have the towels at the restaurant which is near the pool and let the hostess deal with it? When I asked an employee about it his answer was 'either we put the towels at the valet, or you don't get towels at all'.
