There was no charge for parking, which was nice, but the lack of internet (the staff says there is internet in the lobby and the pool area - you can't use the pool area at night as it's pitch black but even so the internet we experienced in the lobby and pool areas was very very slow) really negatively impacted this vacation.

7. it is tough to be pristine while being warm, welcoming and inviting at the same time, but this hotel manages to pull it off: I do not have a single negative comment about this hotel---it is truly very well-managed.

8. Really our only negative experience was probably when we first arrived, having flown from DC to LA, then LA to Kona with no meals provided on any of the flights.
