4. Every morning, to avoid the expensive breakfast, we walked 2 blocks to the new shopping area and enjoyed fresh pineapple and muffins.

8. My only complaint would be the VOG which was particularly heavy the last day of our stay but that has nothing to do with the Marriott and can't be avoided when you're on an island with an active volcano.

9. There is a laundry room that is well maintained and clean, I recommend getting up early and starting a load to avoid the lines.
