1. The poor front desk staff is stuck explaining it over and over and over.

2. Luau - Expensive for what you get the entertainment was amazing the food was poor to average for the $300+ 2 adults and 2 toddlers it was expensive for pulled pork, rubbery beef and chicken with teri sauce and vegies I was dissapointed and the desserts could have but didn't make up for it.

3. overall was poor the tips were added to the bill on most meals so regardless of service the 25% tip was charged.
