2. They feel dirty, as I assume they are never washed, and on some days the sheets have some stains on them, so feel even more dirty, but on other days it looks fine.

5. The couches and sitting areas in the lobby were beautiful--we ate out there one night (I saw reviews saying pillows were dirty, etc on the outside furniture--I did not see that at all) We stayed between Christmas and New Years, which can be a nightmare, but was not at all.

6. Secondly, the rooms were not 'turned down' in the evening so we had to use dirty and wet towels from the beach for our showers.
