4. The bed was super comfy for us (although others don't like it, based on other reviews), however it seemed that the sheets were too small, because every morning we woke up with one of us partially lying on bare mattress - annoying.

5. Why not just add that $25 to the room cost rather than annoy us by charging for things that are expected?.

6. They also have a very annoying system for the pool towels - you have to hand in a slip of paper to get a towel, and they tell you that if you don't hand in all your slips at the end of the stay you will be charged $35 per towel.

7. Why not just move us to a comparable room right away with a quick apology? The maintenance man showed up and confirmed there was in fact an ongoing annoying noise in our room, coming from the elevators (which we had suspected).

8. Having 3 full size hot tubs with in close proximity of each pool was also appreciated, (I stayed in the westin maui, 1 hot tub for a resort 5 times the size-very annoying).

9. The pools were lovely - but you find that people save the sunbeds for hours until actually turning up and using them which is annoying.

10. A little annoying to have that tacked on the daily price, but at the end of the day, it wasn't a deal breaker for us.
