1. Our biggest disappointment was in the cleanliness of the hallways which appeared not to have been cleaned the entire week that we were there.

4. So if I had to do it over again, I wouldn't stay in a different location and definitely a different hotel chain since my last 2 Marriott experiences have been equally disappointing so it's time to commit to making a switch and building up hotel points with a different chain.

8. We enjoy sitting on our balcony when in Hawaii, to have a glass of wine, or coffee in the morning, and the cabana wing did not disappoint--it was right on the lagoon with beach in the background.
