1. We had booked ocean view but I would call it more of a 'lagoon view' as we overlooked Coconut Island, which appears to be the local teenage hangout especially on a Fri/Sat night as it did get a bit noisy with cars and people in/out late into the night.

7. They are extremely noisy: the noise is not caused by the traffic of Banyan Drive (not very much at all) but by: the parking lot and the concrete, echoing awning at the lobby entrance with a busses and cars pulling up etc.

10. The air conditioning was not abnormally noisy, and though the rooms were not facing the waterfront we still had beautiful rainforest trees and palm trees with pineapples on them just below our balcony.
