Asked at reception to be moved and person seemed to find it difficult to understand what I was asking for kept saying no we were in correct room and hotel was full so we could not move----she was very unhelpful and as we were only booked in for 2 nights we let it go but do not honestly believe every room was full???thoroughly recommend kens pancake house to eat in just up the road ---had been travelling for 2 wks and this was defo best for value and choice .
