1. Don't get me wrong - the room was beautiful, the mountain view was nice (overlooking the golf course), the lobby was grand, the overall architecture of the hotel was gorgeous, the dolphin lagoon was a pleasant surprise, but there were certain things that just disappointed my wife and I.

7. We were clearly given the wrong room at check-in because it was prepared for someone traveling with children because cots were set-up but the staff took care of it right away.
