1. After a long wait for our room, we were taken to an 'upgraded' room that was dirty and generally 'tired'.

2. Ok this hotel is very expensive would I say its worth I would say yes after visiting Waikiki beach I was very dissapointed with it too busy, dirty and a lot of homeless and very dodgy looking guys about I didnt feel safe there.

3. )- dirty, dusty alarm/CD player or broken items in the room ( for 1'000$ / night you can expect some better, undusted equipment )- Maid keeper does not take off the dust ( 20$ daily tip for performing a normal job is not enough, but even 50$ daily tip does not change anything, so.

4. - dirty walls in the room ( even in very touristic area in 4* stars hotels in Italy we never see this )- Textile coach corners in the room dirty ( the same )- Sticky dirty items on tiles never washed in the space 'bathroom-shower-toilet-safe-metal-bar-for-your-clothes' ( don't know how to call it as you find all those in the same space )- Moldy air-conditioning equipment and bad smell while functioning- dirty chair & rusty table on the balcony- Staff door close to the room entrance not painted ( not funny for customers paying 1'000$ per night to walk through the corridor and see such dirty doors, is just depressing.

5. Our room was immaculate every day, and we had a nice turn down service which included replacing our dirty towels.

6. The sofa at the foot of the bed had what looked like a cigarette burn on it and generally looked a bit dirty in a Motel 6 kind of way.

7. Rooms are dirty, carpets stained, food unbelievably bad at the 'Seaside Grill' and service even worse (wait staff stands around doing nothing while you sit there waiting for a menu for five minutes.

10. combathrooms - dirty tub/toilets; some toiletries products were not replaced coffee - refilled with only decaf coffee sometimesodor - smelly carpet/ room cabinetry - pull the knob to open drawer and the front came offmassage people need to trim nails most friendly staff.
