1. The first room they gave us smelled of something off, not sure what but it wasn't pleasant.

3. - Dirty walls in the room ( even in very touristic area in 4* stars hotels in Italy we never see this )- Textile coach corners in the room dirty ( the same )- Sticky dirty items on tiles never washed in the space 'bathroom-shower-toilet-safe-metal-bar-for-your-clothes' ( don't know how to call it as you find all those in the same space )- Moldy air-conditioning equipment and bad smell while functioning- Dirty chair & rusty table on the balcony- Staff door close to the room entrance not painted ( not funny for customers paying 1'000$ per night to walk through the corridor and see such dirty doors, is just depressing.

4. Unfortunately, this engine remains noisy even when you do not use it, if you use it; chances are a moldy smell spread into the room.

5. note, we had turn down service twice a day and whenever we returned from a long day of sight seeing, the cd player would be on and the room would smell perfect.

6. Now they smell musty, whereas before, they smelled clean and were decorated in solid wood floors and oriental rugs and had a nice living area.

7. When we arrived at the Kahala in the evening, we were told that the area for the room we had booked was under renovation, so they tried to give us a room in the middle of the hotel which turned out to have an inferior view and most of all, smelled like someone's really bad body odor.

9. I frankly had no interest in overlooking the dolphins as I find the captive dolphin program offensive, but it was the next door neighbors smoking and the smell of smoke in my room that really got my attention.
