2. You can rent outdated and broken cabanas for 10$/hour or 50$/day + tax + 17% minimum mandatory tip + the supplementary tip, well, usually for 80$ per day you get a broken full of sand cabana at the beach - picture enclosed.

3. )- Dirty, dusty alarm/CD player or broken items in the room ( for 1'000$ / night you can expect some better, undusted equipment )- Maid keeper does not take off the dust ( 20$ daily tip for performing a normal job is not enough, but even 50$ daily tip does not change anything, so.

4. last year and this year we were told the heater was broken and on order.

5. Unfortunately, the resort fell into disrepair under the helm of the Mandarin Oriental group, and the current owners/managers cannot seem to put all the broken pieces back together.
