1. Keep staying in downtown Waikiki at the big Hyatts,Hiltons,Marriotts and leave this inconvenient far removed 50 year old hotel to me .

4. We always try to be not too much of a burden if we bring a baby and get in and leave as early as possible so as not to be of any inconvenience, but they did not make us feel uncomfortable at all.

6. Even though they will open it for you on request, it's totally inconvenient and not what you would expect for this standard of hotel) and they ask you to pay $10 an hour to get some shade at the beach - give me a break.

8. First thing we noticed when we checked in to the room was a letter from the management stating that there were renovations going on and that although they are sorry for the inconvenience, they are important.

10. At a 5 star resort, I shouldn't have to demand this and due to this inconvenience, the hotel did not offer anything in return ( a free drink coupon, etc.
