When we asked for a change, there wasn't any
problem
but the manager said 'we thought we had fixed that
problem
by tearing out the wall ' and gave us another room down the hall.
"Enjoy the outside, the inside is just average and not worth the price. "

With a baby we were at the pool quite early and never had any
problem
s with sun chairs - even if we came late morning or early afternoon it was possible to get a chair - easily.

While I understand that this is sometimes standard policy, the
problem
we had with it is that we were not told when wechecked in that they would be putting this hold on our bank account.

Note that we called the hotel twice to confirm the smoking room before we ever arrived to ensure we didn't have this
problem
