1. The hotel has a special elevator for those who are sandy and wet, unfortunately most of the clintele didn't use it which created a mess.

2. We were provided with a metal crib for our baby but unfortunately no bedding - we called and they gave us a pillow and king sized blanket so I would recommend taking your own - other hotels have always supplied sheets and blankets in the past.

3. unfortunately the bar staff were mostly youngsters who were just there to pick up their wages and tips, without actually giving any decent sort of service.

4. We had a party of 7 and were originally expecting to enjoy two x 2 bedroom suites but unfortunately our travel agent messed up the bookings and we found out a couple of weeks before departure that we only had two hotel rooms.

7. unfortunately the road outside the hotel is having major works done through the night and there is quite a bit of noise,with large steel plates all along the road,that cause noise day and night as traffic travels through,its apparently been going on for 4 months and heaven knows when it will be finished.

9. You can eat at the restaurants and drink at the bar, but not use their amazing pool unfortunately.
