1. Upon checking out the guy at vallet literally threw my wife's suitcase into my car, this was my personal car and the interior is suede; I did not complain, he simply just did not receive a tip.

4. At the desk next day my husband complained about it, they were nice enough to tell us some young guest had decided to hang their clothes from one of the sprinklers, and water ruined several rooms all in that area.

6. It sems to be something a lot of people complain about if they are using the pool especially guests with children.

7. As for all the complaining abut the pool, if it is owned by the condo people and they want a quiet experience while at the pool, then maybe the 'hotel' part of this buildiing shouldn't offer this pool to its guests.
