1. However, The Ilikai is right next door to the much more expensive Hilton Hawaiian Village.

10. I especially liked swimming and snorkeling at Waimea Bay (and diving off the big rock), staying for the sunset, and then grabbing a less-expensive dinner at a local seafood restaurant on the way back to the Ilikai.
