1. Each staff member greets ALL guests--if your a tourist or a local person (we've had negative experiences staying at hotels nearby where they wont even greet guests no matter what type of guest).

10. At first sight, from the outside, the hotel appears like it could do with a coat of paint, but that's were the negatives end and it is difficult to constantly maintain steel work when right next to the beach.
