5. One note I would make: the east side of the hotel is a bit close to the Hilton with some noise, plus the view, while still good is lacking in sunset and rainbows.

9. It is also far enough down at the end of the beach (opposite end from Diamond Head) to not be in the middle of noise and traffic.
