Avoid this hotel - I paid for a deluxe room with view - the carpet was stained and dirty - the room and bathroom were small - the road noise was shocking with roadworks all night even though I was on the 9th floor - there is no street access so you need to get your luggage up a fairly long flight of stairs to get to reception.

2. The first room in the tower #1403 I was placed in was , DESPICABLE, carpet coming up at the edges, curtains so dirty and dingy with tears in them, stained dated furniture with a box TV.
