7. one note is that i stayed on the 9th floor at the end of the hall in room 908, there was no lighting in the hallway and it was dark which was a little disconcerting but there was no incidence- The hall should be well lite-I did notify the desk but no lighting was placed-this could be difficult for people with poor eyesite or single travelers.

We began to receive very poor room cleaning service after the 2nd day (after we requested an upgrade) and we were so unhappy with this hotel that we checked out after 3 nights giving up what was included in our 10 day trip and we paid out of pocket to get in to a much better 3 star hotel that made us feel as though we were actually in waikiki.
