1. One working is very slow & overpacked with people.

My frustrations were as follows: (1) No plug for the bathroom sink; (2) often waiting until 5:00 and beyond for fresh hand towels; (3) slow elevator - you need to be able to climb a flight of stairs to get to the lobby; (4) the bathroom configuration is such that if your roommate is in there with the door closed, you cannot access the closet.

3. Parking is difficult - I believe there are less than 10 spaces to the property and the elevators are slow, but that is usually the case with the smaller and older buildings.

10. Your first impression of the Hotel after a long flight you must now carry all of your luggage up a steep flight of stairs to the small platform of a reception area and dest for check in, turn around take three steps to a slow elevater.
