9. I called the hotel when I got my visa bill and they were extremely rude and so I had to call visa and file a dispute as the charge was two weeks after out checkout and was clearly not authorized.

10. The breakfast is a real joke, there is not enough food for the crowd that comes down, they only had poi buns and coffee and juice and when we asked if there was anything else besides the buns (which are essentially purple dinner rolls with no butter, jam etc) they were extremely rude.
