1. We were rather disappointed with our 5-night stay hotel package, as the services provided did not match those advertised.

4. At first, I was disappointed because we did not get the room that we booked (deluxe with ocean view) ,but as soon as we've met Renee the situation changed 180 degrees.

6. the laundry area is open to the parkade with no doors, so i guess technically it's not INSIDE the hotel- The hotel is located outside of the heart of downtown waikiki: it's about a 10-20 min walk to the main downtown shops/restaurants/bars, BUT it is close 5 min walk to a big shopping mall and about a 10-15 min walk to Waikiki BeachIf you are planning to upgrade to the kitchenette suite, just be prepared by reading this review and you won't be disappointed, you'll know what to expect.
