1. We had an issue with our shower stall (this was after they got the water back on after 15 hours), where the water didn't turn on and the hot and cold knobs didn't work properly, and we called somebody up to work on it.

7. The receptionists are all fabulous ( Puka esp) and you will always be greeted with a smile and a corteous answer to any issue you raise.

8. You can park free at the mall, if you are willing to take a chance with not getting the warnings they sometimes issue down there.

9. Room was very average, Continental Bfast wasn't worth the elevator ride down to the lobby, Jacuzzi smelled foul, Frequent elevator maintenance issues, Non-stop sirens, etc.

10. There were other housekeeping issues that could be improved upon, such as using fitted sheets on the mattress, and installing more towel racks in the bathroom, and vacuuming the bathroom daily.
