1. The first room in the tower #1403 I was placed in was , DESPICABLE, carpet coming up at the edges, curtains so dirty and dingy with tears in them, stained dated furniture with a box TV.

6. we booked a room with kitchenette and only later realized that the room was not in the equus hotel but in the adjacent marina tower which is quite dated.
