Avoid this hotel - I paid for a deluxe room with view - the carpet was stained and dirty - the room and bathroom were small - the road noise was shocking with roadworks all night even though I was on the 9th floor - there is no street access so you need to get your luggage up a fairly long flight of stairs to get to reception.

4. We got our keys and got onto the elevator to take us up to our rooms, we stepped off and were shocked to see that it was exterior entrance to our rooms.
