1. Only problem, the last evening I filled the jetted tub, got in, turned on the jets, and YUCK black water sent me screaming out of the tub.

2. Not sure why so many people complain about the noise level, we didn't have this problem except one night when people were out by the pool being loud, but the hotel staff did ask them to return to their rooms.

4. A/C working great, had a little issue with a safe at the beginning, but the staff was helpful to fix the problem right away.

6. Make sure to do some research on bedbugs before you go to any hotel as it's a major problem right now, not just at the Newport.
