1. A/C working great, had a little issue with a safe at the beginning, but the staff was helpful to fix the problem right away.

2. We had a few minor issues with the hotel (charging our credit card daily instead of waiting until the end so we could pay cash, even after we asked and they told us that it would be no problem) but they more than made up for it with the room upgrade.

3. Only one issue was room service, took a little longer than i would have liked.

4. Finally a shout for Michelle Theodule, the front desk manager, she was happy to resolve any issues, she and all of the staff obviously enjoyed working at the resort and everyone was in good spirits.

7. There were small issues, and the lack of nearby restaurants was frustrating but near the end we had found more places to go, and the hotel room had really grown on us.

Back to the shower, that was the next issue, my mother took a shower and the hand held part which I assume is supposed to be the 'jet' spewed ALL over the ceiling, out toward the curtain and the floor was soaked, we were unable to use that feature of the tub due to the fact that it had a huge leak, and it have obviously been like this for awhile as the ceiling had water marks on it.

9. This recent trip in Dec 2008, there was an issue over a reserved room that was set aside for me,however the guest in that room decided to remain one extra night.
