4. We stayed 1 night before a cruise--had lunch at the Tiki Bar--the special of the day was fish & chips--we all received raw fish--could not get the attention of any of the staff--had to pick up the plates and take them to the bar ourselves for attention --they did re-cook the fish for us--Our room was out-dated with a murphy bed--we were on a floor that was 3/4 under construction--was very noisy into the night--finally we called the desk & the construction quieted down--very dusty--we looked at the remodeled room which looked much better than the room we were in--parking was valet with a charge daily & the staff expected tips to get your car-Breakfast was good-it came with the room--but only 2--the desk staff did 'slip' us 1 more ticket for breakfast without charge (the best thing about the stay).
