1. After talking to the front desk, the next day we were moved to an OF room, higher up, above the remodeling noise.

2. Not sure why so many people complain about the noise level, we didn't have this problem except one night when people were out by the pool being loud, but the hotel staff did ask them to return to their rooms.

6. keep in mind that the hotel is under construction - so there is some noise during the day but we only noticed it during the weekdays - and not until after 10 or 11AM.

10. But, next time I would look into staying in a beach-side room (maybe to avoid the traffic noise?) And I am still wondering about the renovated rooms I see people are posting about here.
