4. - Pier which is the main thing on their website is closed on renovation(it seems that it's closed for several years)- Room service is poor.

The value for money is poor but then that seems to be the same everywhere in Miami in high season so all the hotels seem guilty of overcharging for what they are even at the top end of the market - my overall advice would be to miss Miami - it was souless and had zero vibe (we did n't make it to So Beach but surely there is more to this city than a couple of blocks.

9. The sound proofing was very poor we could hear the people in the next room talking loudly at night and people going to & from the elevators at all times of the day & night,were was also a toilet constantly re-filling in one of the neighbouring rooms which was so noisy & annoying.
