1. They are awful, cramped, and just plain ugly, outdated.

2. After informing us that they had overbooked the hotel and that there were no rooms for my wife and I, they wanted to send us to an awful hotel much further down the beach (which is owned by the same company).

3. The hotel also has a souvenir boutique, a jewelry store, a coffee place (which sells seriously overpriced coffee that tastes awful, at least the tiny Cuban coffee I had was bitter as anything and cost over $2), a gameroom, and some other facilities.
