2. The service elevator was broke so the cleaning and maintenance staff had to use the main elevators, so there was a 5 minute wait for an elevator that would be full of workers, cleaning carts, and mattresses.

3. the room was smelly, broke air conditioner had to go to another room that was also in bad condition.

4. The coffee machine had no cups or a jar to make the coffee in and it took about 2 hours for replacements to arrive and when they did the glass jug to catch the coffee in had a big crack in it which broke as soon as we used it.

5. We had a bottle of wine in our refrigerator and when my husband opened the refrigerator door, the wine fell our of the door and broke into many pieces on the floor.
