9. I'm going to give this a recommend because of the location, but I would also warn them not to really expect a 4-star hotel and suggest that if they stay in this hotel they search for a deal or try an internet reseller.

10. I can't recommend the place though because the staff was about as cold and lacking in personality as the neo-classical design - wanted to charge us a 40 percent upgrade for a king size bed -- even though my husband is 6 foot 6 and there were puh-lenty of vacancies.
