1. The furnishings of the room were modern, comfortable and in-line with what you would expect from an upper mid-range boutique hotel, but the Terrace is what really makes these rooms worth the extra cost.

2. However, the hotel's response to this minor hiccup completely overwhelmed us - the hotel unreservedly acknowledged their error and we were each upgraded to a Governor's Suite and the cost of the transfers to and from the airport were met by the hotel.

3. In fact you can get to and from the airport with the red tram for $2.30 instead of the $35 a taxi will cost you.
