4. The reception staff are very pleasant and efficient, but it is immediately evident the hotel is in need of some money spending on it, the carpet leading to the elevators is rippling.

5. There was evidence that the room was in need of some money being spent on it, the TV units doors were missing and the bathroom caulking was a bit dirty, tthe grout lines in the tiles were a bit scrubby as well.
