7. This location might cut both ways for anyone not use to urban cores---read that as on the street, you will see a fine selection of Portland`s indigenous citizenry, including, on one night, someone in a large Mickey Mouse costume, varied tattoos, a large set of cat ears and some folks just having a conversation with the air---nothing dangerous, just not the suburban country club crowd exclusively----The work out gym, just off the elevator lobby, is a perfectly fine regular hotel gym---nothing fancy, but it all works.
