Booked 4 nights at hotel and was really looking forward to it, however before fully commenting see the following:Plus points:Fast Pass at Universal and Islands of Adventure - a godsend on some daysFantastic location with easy access to parks and City WalkNice layout and good facilitiesStaff are very polite and helpfulBad Points:Pool and general cleanliness - They have no cleaning regime for any of the external areas from what I could see and the pool area was filthy considering this hotel is classed as a 4 star hotel.

4. The pros: fun (but loud) pool area, comfortable beds and sheets, fun rock music playing all the time, friendly hotel staff, very clean, closest hotel to parks.
