1. Everything about my most recent stay with wife and 3 kids in tow was outstanding; from our very first greeting at the front desk to our final farewell from the valet driver.

Without boring you with lots of details, (it is amazing how the geniuses at the front desk will try and spin a story) we got a manager on the line who at first offered 1 night 'free' and then when she literally could not hear my wife on the phone because of the noise changed the offer to two 'free nights'.

3. It was all great: the pool, pool entertainment, the front desk staff was helpful, the resort was very clean ( in the high traffic areas I saw a staff member cleaning all the time ), the boat to Universal was easy, the rooms were better then the reviews, the landscape is relaxing, and no the music isn't too loud.

I did speak with the manager about the attitudes and unwillingness to care or help I encountered and he offered me a $25 credit for the trouble which would have been great but when I checked it out, it wasn't there and I wasn't about to start arguing with them again :/Overall a wonderful spot for couples, the parks were great just a wonderful, peaceful relaxing time (except for the front desk -lol).
