1. I did speak with the manager about the attitudes and unwillingness to care or help I encountered and he offered me a $25 credit for the trouble which would have been great but when I checked it out, it wasn't there and I wasn't about to start arguing with them again :/Overall a wonderful spot for couples, the parks were great just a wonderful, peaceful relaxing time (except for the front desk -lol).

6. And to finish I love the security in the club level, after 11:00 pm the floor manager and the security guard where always attentive and very friendly, even though we knew they were there for obvious reasons.

8. So my husband went to speak with the person (that happened to be the manager) to ask them to fax the company and also say that we happy with our stay and thank you very much for the upgrade, but also that we wasn't very happy that we did not know this was going to happen.

9. Had a slight issue with the hairdryer but this was sorted immediately by the friendly and attentive housekeeping manager who delivered a brand new one.

10. That said when I complained to the tour operator and asked to move the hotel manager was very accommodating and offered us a room change but by that time we'd had eneough.
