1. We only ate at one of the hotel's restaurants once and THAT was a huge mistake.

2. While the lobby and lower (pool access/restaurant level) were elegant, the public areas in the guests wings were very tired with soiled carpeting, sad laundry room, etc. Our room was pretty basic/generic, but very clean.
