The fact is the security person was more helpful and took it upon herself to walk through housekeeping and check each cleaning cart for my grandsons Nintendo, she arrived at our door late in the evening to return the item, two thumbs up for security perhaps Hard Rock you could have them train your Concierge Staff.

6. We never had an issue with the timing of the housekeeping; perhaps that was because we tended to be out most of the day but we did take the time to be friendly to the housekeeping staff.

8. our room had a garden view it had a great view of the grounds & lake , a good sized room , plenty of storage, nice bathroom, comfy beds,good decor with some nice themed touches , clean , good sized flat screen tv with good choice of channels inc very recent movies on pay to view , housekeeping was good , no problems with noise , good nights sleep every night .

9. We experienced some storms later in the afternoon, when we went back to the Hotel we were greeted by the Housekeeping with lovely warm towels to dry off (this is a lovely touch).

10. We were close to the pool, walkways to the parks and city walk and also to the restaurants etc. The room was lovely but the housekeeping was a tad laid back and as we had stayed in a moderate disney resort the previous week where the housekeeping was brilliant, this hotel wasn't as good.
