7. Hotel service was overall great, from check-in to room cleaning, boat rides to the parks, etc. We stayed on the club level, and that was the best move ever, especially with kids.

10. The Hotel is still in good condition - staff all very helpful and friendly - check in efficient - we don't use the parking as no need for car hire - taxis easier to get to malls - they no longer use yellow cabs at hotel - town cars which are more expensive but more luxurious.
