The Good- Express pass to all the rides at Universal- No need to rent a car- Easy access to all Universal and CityWalk- Friendly service at coffee shop downstairs & great bartenders at Velvet Bar- Nice poolThe Bad- Eating or drinking at hotel is very expensive- Awful service at pool bar/restaurant.
